Work is starting on infrastructure for Yellowstone Development, a 161-acre mixed-use development on the southeast corner of 119th Street South and Pawnee in southwest Wichita.
The community, with 261 single-family and duplex lots featuring 322 housing units, is scheduled to see construction on the first homes in January with an occupancy goal of next June, developer Paul Kelsey said.
