Baltimore County Fire is on the scene of an explosion in Halethorpe.
Crews responded to reports of a chemical explosion in a multi-level building at 5:06 p.m. in the 1400 block of S Rolling Road.
The fire was extinguished at 5:17 p.m., according to fire officials.
