26-007860-1000 BLK Hibbler Circle-Suspicious Person/Arrest – Police were dispatched to the listed address for a male, wearing a white shirt and black pants climbing the fence and running through the yard. Patrol saturated the area and located the subject in a business parking lot. The subject then crossed the street in an attempt to elude law enforcement. The subject ignored a lawful order to stop and fled on foot upon police contact in the discount store parking lot. After a short foot pursuit, he was detained. He stated the reason for his flight was he believed he had outstanding warrants; no warrants were located. The man was then transported to jail and charged with evading arrest…
