NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The City of North Myrtle Beach mourns the passing of a former City Councilman on Monday.
Terry White spent nearly three decades serving North Myrtle Beach, starting as a police officer and later as a city councilman.
The city says he demonstrated a commitment not only to North Myrtle Beach but also to its community, which he loved.
