Currently listed at $48.975 million, the property is being offered through Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Barron and Tessa Hilton of Compass California.
Bidding is scheduled to open online September 3, with the auction culminating September 17. Starting bids are expected to be above $20 million. And while the property comes with plenty of the amenities you’d expect from a nearly $50 million California estate, horse facilities, avocado and citrus groves, ocean views and multiple potential building sites, it’s the surf access that makes Rancho Cariñoso particularly interesting to surfers.
