Lowe’s plans September opening at $400M Texas Heritage Marketplace in west Katy

Lowe’s is preparing to open a new west Katy store in September, adding another major retailer to Texas Heritage Marketplace, a $400 million development near Interstate 10 and Texas Heritage Parkway.
