DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) — Twenty-four years before Tamela Dutcher’s daughter was charged with her murder, Dutcher published a paper examining why adolescents kill.
On Monday, 18-year-old Bryanna Dutcher was charged with murder in connection with the death of her mother. According to court records, Bryanna Dutcher is charged alongside Dajameous Payne, 21, and Christian Evans, 20, in the shooting death of 55-year-old Tamela D. Dutcher on Friday.
