An oceanfront North Beach mansion connected to the Playboy Mansion owner, and a $51.5 million home on Hibiscus Island with its own private nightclub topped last week’s luxury contracts in Miami-Dade.
The home at 270 S. Hibiscus Dr. was the most expensive of the 12 properties over $4 million that went under contract last week in Miami-Dade, according to a weekly report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes Team. Of the dozen properties that went under contract, two were condos and 10 were single-family homes.
