YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — An all-way stop is coming to an intersection in Franklin County Wednesday, the North Carolina Department of Transportation said.
According to NCDOT, crews will work on turning the intersection at Sid Mitchell and John Mitchell Road in Youngsville into an all-way stop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.
