PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police are looking for a rare piece of racing history stolen from two 83-year-old friends who have shared a passion for cars for nearly seven decades.
Tom Hanna and Marvin Price met as freshmen at the then-named Madison High School, now called McDaniel High School in Northeast Portland, and quickly bonded over cars and racing.
About 20 years ago, the two friends bought a 1974 sprint car built by legendary car builder Grant King.
