Questions raised after man in Fairfax murder case obtains passport, leaves country

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office gave the green light to an alleged killer to go to Washington, D.C. and get a passport at his home country’s embassy.

Next, Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda boarded a flight at Washington Dulles International Airport to his home country of Tajikistan.
