The NYPD has identified a person of interest in the shooting that killed a 33-year-old woman, wounded a man, and sent people running from a busy Brooklyn block this week, authorities said Tuesday.
Investigators are looking into whether the woman, identified as Sofronie Hartzog, of Brooklyn, and the unidentified man may have been unintended targets. The man is expected to be OK.
