Chattanooga — A man from Chattanooga faces an attempted murder charge following a lengthy and involved investigation by the Chattanooga Police Department.
An arrest report we obtained says the investigation ended with three men facing charges: Torey Flowers, Jaylyn Dupree and Christopher Giles.
