NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the intersection of Monticello Avenue and East Virginia Beach Boulevard at approximately 10:55 a.m. for a report of an accident.
