NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)- The Empowered Lounge Foundation announces its eighth annual Back-to-School Experience, happening Saturday, August 22, 2026.
The event will provide students and families in Norfolk’s Ingleside community with backpacks, school supplies, food, family resources, youth activities, and opportunities to register for educational programs.
This year, the DB3 Davis Brothers want to give back to the community while also recognizing the fifth anniversary of Keyshawn Davis Day in the City of Norfolk. The event will include live boxing demonstrations, Shark City Drumline, a DJ, bounce house, games, food, vendors, giveaways, and more.
