GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A bar and music venue on Grand Rapids’ West Side is for sale.
Iron Well at 741 Leonard St. NW near Alpine Avenue NW — the former site of Kuzzins Lounge — was listed for just under $2 million about six months ago, broker Patrick Mohney with Blue Rock Commercial Real Estate confirmed to News 8.

The venue was recently updated inside, and it features a stage, a dance area and pool tables. The listing also includes the bar’s Class C liquor license.
As of Tuesday, there was no buyer, Mohney said. In the meantime, Iron Well remains open…
