HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A case against Veolia Water is on pause, and some customers aren’t happy about it.
The state offices of the Consumer Advocate and Small Business Advocate filed formal complaints against Veolia with the state public utilities commission, stemming from a string of issues last summer in and around various Dauphin County communities.

Customers’ water was discolored and had sediment in it, sometimes lasting for weeks. It’s happened again recently. Public input hearings were held in late July.
A judge has granted a request from all parties to pause the case while they negotiate a potential settlement. Some Veolia customers say this is not how this case should be going…
