LOS ANGELES – The city has removed a group of anti-camping zones for what appears to be the first time under its 41.18 policy.
The City Council voted 10-3 Tuesday to remove 12 anti-camping zones in Hollywood that had been established under former Councilman Mitch O’Farrell.
Councilwoman Traci Park, whose Council District 11 includes Venice and Pacific Palisades, opposed the move and argued the city should instead require 41.18 restrictions around sensitive locations…
