SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department recovered a handgun after an officer pulled over a man on an E-bike.
The police department posted the incident on its Facebook page on Tuesday. An officer conducted the traffic stop near South Salina Street and East Raynor Avenue after seeing an E-bike rider fail to stop at a red light.
