EDMOND, OKLA (KOKH) — The Edmond City Manager has implemented Stage Two of a five-stage Water Conservation Plan that will go into effect immediately.
Due to extreme temperatures and a shortage of rain, water reserves are being assessed to make sure they are adequate for firefighters to handle fire-related emergencies.
