PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The mysterious disappearance of a 15-year-old boy who was in foster care continues to haunt a Seattle-area community.
Authorities say Benjamin Ridley was placed in a foster home in Burien on July 1, 1982, and the next day he was never seen again.
