Riders adjust as RTA cuts service on nine routes, ends B Line trolley

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Transit riders including Theresa Ferman are readjusting their schedules after the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority cut service on nine routes this week and discontinued the downtown B Line trolley.
