Gwinnett County sheriff’s deputies arrested a suspect after a K-9 was deployed during an operation involving a suspected narcotics transaction and a significant quantity of fentanyl, officials said.
Members of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Section conducted the operation. Deputies attempted to take the suspect into custody, but officials said the person ran away on foot and ignored repeated commands to stop.
