A fundraising campaign has raised thousands of dollars to help a south Gwinnett family whose home was hit dozens of times by bullets during a shooting that sparked a SWAT standoff nearly two weeks ago.
The incident happened Aug. 6 at the home on Lake Drive, and near Norris Lake in unincorporated Snellville. Several homes in the area were struck by bullets, which were allegedly fired by a neighbor, Christopher Pellow, 47, just before 8 a.m., according to a police report.
