A 25-year-old Newark man was arrested an charged after assaulting an employee at CVS in Montclair, authorities said.
At 3:38 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13, officers responded to the CVS at 565 Valley Rd. after an employee reported a person who had previously trespassed at the pharmacy entered and was told to leave, Montclair police said.
The man became irate and began attacking the employee and throwing store merchandise throughout the aisles before fleeing the scene, police said.
