Council approves contract for water utility pavement repairs

The Redlands City Council approved a $600,000 public works construction contract with B-81 Paving Inc. to provide pavement repair services associated with water utility work throughout the city.

The contract, approved July 21, will allow the Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department to hire B-81 Paving for pavement restoration services on an as-needed basis. The agreement provides up to $300,000 for the 2026-27 fiscal year and another $300,000 for the 2027-28 fiscal year.
