RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond Planning Commission is considering a special use permit for a Virginia Union University-led apartment development on Overbrook Road.
The proposed four-story apartment building would be built on the same property as the former Richmond Community Hospital building after the organization moved to Nine Mile Road.
