After a four-year-renovation project completely rebuilt it, the historical Palm Beach home of the late architect John L. Volk has changed hands for $27.5 million, a newly recorded deed shows.
The 1920s-era house is part of Phipps Plaza in the 200 block of South County Road, one of only a handful of designated historical districts in town. The mixed-use development lies a block north of Royal Palm Way.
The house at 206 Phipps Plaza was sold by 206 Phipps Plaza LLC, a Florida limited liability company co-managed by Palm Beach resident and real estate investor Tommy Morrison, who oversaw the property’s renovation.
