SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN (CBS 58) — We’ve had some hectic weather as storms and tornado warnings hit Southeast Wisconsin Tuesday night, Aug. 18.
In one Sussex neighborhood just south of Good Hope Road, a long stretch of trees is down. We spoke with a family nearby who was inside when the storm hit earlier.
“Literally about to get down into the basement, and turn around and the tree is gone. Didn’t even hear cracking, didn’t hear sounds, just literally noticed the whole thing had been twisted off.”
This is just a couple miles from where an EF-2 tornado hit back in April…
