FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Virginia State Police (VSP) issued a critically missing adult alert on Wednesday for a 27-year-old man out of Fairfax County.
According to police, 27-year-old Kendall Andre Tally is described as a 6’4″ white man with brown hair and blue eyes, weighing around 160 lbs.
