Atrium at Liberty Park, a senior housing community in Cape Coral, has been sold.
The 130-unit assisted living and memory care facility is at 1321 NE 24th Ave. A sales price was not disclosed, but according to Lee County property records, New York-based National Healthcare Properties paid $10.45 million for it.
