GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A mother and grandmother were arrested this month in connection to the death of an infant in Greensboro last year, according to a Greensboro Police Department news release.
On June 18, 2025, around 12:11 p.m., GPD officers, Greensboro firefighters and Guilford County EMS personnel responded to the 5200 block of Hilltop Road when they were told about an infant who was not responsive.

When they arrived, they found a 9-month-old girl unresponsive in the apartment. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
