The Alabama Public Television Commission will officially vote on the price of a controversial survey during a special called meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 25.
The meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the Alabama Public Television office in Montgomery, located at 1255 Madison Avenue. There will be a public comment period after the vote is taken.
The survey is meant to understand Alabamians’ “wants, needs and views of Alabama Public Television programming” amid federal funding constraints and political pushback.
