Roanoke County will open its new Career and Technology Center on Jan. 27, 2027, replacing the Burton Center for Arts and Technology with a purpose-built facility on Peters Creek Road. It was designed specifically around the trades and industries students plan to enter.
According to WSLS, officials describe the project as the largest school investment in Roanoke County history.
