FOREST, Va. (WSET) — A person was hospitalized early Wednesday following a vehicle accident involving a cow, according to the Forest Fire Department.
Around 4:38 a.m., crews were dispatched to Forest Road and Grant Drive for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a cow.
