NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A man found with a gunshot wound after his wife was found dead at their New Hanover County home has died, the sheriff’s office confirmed Wednesday, Aug. 19.
Jack Mitchell Anderson, 87, died eight days after deputies responded to the home in the 7800 block of Sanderling Place. The home is just off Marsh Oaks Drive near Market Street.
