Jalapeños sold at two Texas Costco stores, including one in the Houston area, were recalled over salmonella concerns.
Dairyland Produce LLC, doing business as Hardie’s Fresh Foods, issued the recall, according to a U.S. Food and Drug Administration report.
The jalapeños, produced between July 11 and 22, were repacked by Hardie’s and distributed in plastic bags to Costco locations in Stafford, a city in the greater Houston area, and Dallas, according to a recall notification published by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Aug. 17…
