HOUSTON (CW39) — All westbound lanes of Katy Freeway near the West Loop are reopened after an 18-wheeler carrying a shifted load of pipes forced the closure of all lanes Wednesday afternoon.
The heavy truck stalled out on the right shoulder on the freeway near Silber Road just before 1 p.m., Houston Transtar said.
Crews were on the scene helping to move the load off the truck. There were no reports of any injuries.
