BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Now that construction of the new Highmark Stadium is complete, the Town of Hamburg is seeing a surge in development.
Last week, the town board passed a zoning ordinance for the Stadium Economic Impact Area, including Erie Community College’s south campus.
