Repeated Harassment Leads to Property Damage

According to a post shared in the National City Neighborhood Watch Facebook group, a woman said her sister has been targeted multiple times by a group of local teens who have been kicking and ringing her apartment door, even after being confronted about the behavior.

The poster said the door has been kicked so many times that it no longer closes properly. In the most recent incident, someone allegedly threw feces at the entrance of the apartment.

The resident said she has already contacted building management about the ongoing issue but has not seen any action taken. She also looked into filing a police report but was told there was limited ability to pursue the matter without cooperation from the property management company.
