STATEN ISLAND, NY — A man wanted in connection with a rape in Pittsburgh was arrested August 20, 2026, by Pittsburgh police detectives with assistance from New York City police.
Larry Pappy Johnson, 37, was taken into custody without incident by the Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and Special Victims Unit detectives, along with the NYPD Staten Island Warrant Squad.
