Jeff’s Beach Burgers, a La Jolla burger restaurant carrying on the legacy of the former Jeff’s Burgers, is getting ready to open a new location at UC San Diego’s Triton Center in La Jolla.
The new location will be part of Triton Center, a four-building complex currently under development at the geographic center of the UC San Diego campus, according to a commercial brochure from Next Wave Commercial Real Estate. The project is projected to open in Fall 2026. Jeff’s Beach Burgers and Intermission Cafe are listed as two upcoming tenants, along with Goop Kitchen. Customers can expect the burger shop’s existing lineup of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, and breakfast items. Jeff’s Beach Burgers currently operates at 2134 Avenida De La Playa in La Jolla Shores.
The Triton Center location will bring Jeff’s Beach Burgers closer to the heart of UC San Diego’s campus.
