Officials have identified the man found dead near the Stone Arch Bridge earlier this week.
Authorities tell Bring Me The News Randip Eugene Satoskar, 54, has been identified as the man found dead in the area of Sixth Street and Main Street Southeast on Monday afternoon.
University of Minnesota Police are investigating his death, and say at this time, there is no known connection to any other incidents…
