Accused Fraudster Andrew Loffredo Hit With New Charges By RI Attorney General’s Office

Accused Fraudster Andrew Loffredo is facing new legal issues. The Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office has filed two charges.

Presently, more than a dozen of Loffredo’s business entities have been placed in receivership by Superior Court Judge Brian Stern, and he pleaded in July to a charge relating to domestic violence. Two other charges were dismissed.

And one of Loffredo’s investors — Stephen Soscia — has told the court he is out approximately $30 million. Loffredo has previously told GoLocal he owes Soscia more like $15 million…
