PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A Palm Beach Gardens Police Department major retired after an internal affairs investigation sustained five policy violations involving alcohol, the use of a city-owned vehicle and conduct unbecoming an officer.
The investigation into Major Robert Wilson began May 29 at the request of Interim Police Chief Stephen J. Stepp, according to a final action summary dated July 28.
