CLEVELAND, Ohio — Dirt is moving, the first building is nearing completion and a new road is taking shape for Bedrock’s vast project along the Cuyahoga River on the edge of downtown Cleveland.
After years of plans and renderings, the vision led by Cavs owner Dan Gilbert through his Bedrock and Rock Entertainment Group companies is beginning to take physical form.
