One person died, and multiple men were arrested following a shooting in a Fremont neighborhood on Friday afternoon, according to police.
A heavy police presence closed San Pedro Drive near Baffin Avenue for several hours beginning shortly after 1 p.m. Police said a male victim was transported to a nearby trauma center after the shooting and later died from his injuries.
