DeKalb County Police are looking to identify a man suspected of illegally dumping a refrigerator in an apartment parking lot.
Detectives have already identified one suspect as 31-year-old Ali Muta-Ali.
The incident occurred in the 6500 block of Brannon Hill Road on Aug. 16 after a resident called police to report a vehicle pulling up outside her home.
