The Cobb County Water System reported an estimated 1,360-gallon wastewater sewer overflow that occurred on Aug. 21.
The overflow, resulting from rags, occurred at 8110 Troon Circle SW in Austell, and discharged into a tributary of the Chattahoochee River.
The Water System was notified of the overflow on Aug. 21 at 8:30 a.m. and the overflow was stopped on Aug. 21 at 9:55 a.m…
