BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Baldwin County man has been sentenced for armed robbery, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Alabama.

According to a news release, 39-year-old Cornell Bodiford Jr., was sentenced to 27 years in prison for armed robbery of a convenience store.

Court documents revealed that on Dec. 19, 2023, Baldwin County deputies responded to an armed robbery at a convenience store in Magnolia Springs.

Witnesses told officers a man wearing a disguise walked up to the clerk, pointed a semi-automatic handgun with an extended magazine at the clerk and demanded money…
